How I set up AI for contractors

For NYC and Long Island GC owners.

What’s the one thing on your projects that only goes right when you personally catch it?

I’m Jun. I help run construction projects in Brooklyn, and I’m a software engineer. I set up AI that follows up on the emails, texts and open items for you, using the tools you already have. It’s called Best Day AI.

What it does

You text it what you need: a follow-up on an open item, or a summary of what the records say about something on a job. It does the work and brings it back to you.

No new software. Your crew just texts it too. If they can send a text, they can use it.

A fictional demo

The 30-second video on Best Day AI shows a fictional job in Bushwick. The owner asks Best Day to review schedule changes and flag evidence against their position. Best Day summarizes the records and prepares a timeline PDF with supporting emails.

That job is made up. It shows the kind of work you’d hand off: records spread across emails, pulled into one timeline you can check yourself.

What gets connected

During setup, we connect the systems it needs for the work you want handled, like your email or Procore. You choose what gets connected.

What it sends

For messages going outside your company, it texts you what it’s about to send and waits for you to say “send it.”

If you want a particular recurring report to go out automatically, we agree on that during setup.

Who you call

Me. I built Best Day AI for my own jobs first. When something needs fixing, you call me. Not a help desk.

The sit-down

Free, 20 minutes, in person. I come to you at the time you pick.

You tell me how you run your jobs and what’s eating your week. I tell you what it would take off your plate. If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so.
